You ever wonder what the meaning of your life is?
You ever just sit and think, am I who I was meant to be?
Ponder that for a minute.
Roll it around in your mind then bring it back to me.
You might be meant to be a doctor or a nurse.
Someone to save a life.
Maybe even a garbage man or a plumber,
just struggling to get buy.
but you don't mind
 because you came to find,
that it doesn't matter what you are supposed to be,
as long as you are happy.
But what if you arent?
What if you are just going through the motions?
doing what is good for others
because your dreams are just crazy notions.
Do you ever meditate on the thought
that you were meant to put aside your own happiness
to make sure others have their head about water
and their hearts full of sappiness... and love.
So when you are doing what you were 'meant' to do
I'm going to give you something to deliberate.
are you truly happy?
or are you trading in some one else's happiness for a life that you hate.
Do what makes you, you.
Do it because that is what you chose.
Dont be forced to be at others dispense
to be taken and given at their request.
The next time you take a step back and look at your life
if you dont like where you have been, what you have done.
just remember that you choose your own fate.
there is no one else that can change your future.
you are the only one..

Hur Gurs. (hey guys.)

It has been a while since I have blogged. Hrm. I dont even really know what I wanted to talk about. I knew I just wanted to get on here and pretend that all of y'all are still ten minutes away reading this.
Well I dont want this post to be sad so hmph.
Happy, happy, happy.
Oh! Got it! I'm totes getting hair extensions next week! On Tuesday actually, I believe. So yeah I'm reaaaaaaaaaaaally excited for these. I really missed my long hair. I missed being able to put my hair in a bow like Madi Beck does even though I'm pretty sure that I showed her how to do that. That's okay. :)
I'm also afraid I've gone somewhat hipster. At least when I'm at school that's what I feel like. I mean I haven't ever been one to actually dress like a farmer with the boots and stuff but idk man. Not like its a travesty or anything. tehe.
Did I say I was excited for my extensions? I am also probably gonna have to color my hair back to one color.  That is kinda sad. I'm pretty much known at school now with the colorful hair. My performing arts friends are always like "Oh I'm Alex and I have purple hair!" Ben especially does that to me. Ben is so much fun. And so are my other friends. Martin, Marty, Trevor, Trevor, Katelyn, Lizzy, Kaluba, Logun. and all the other ones I can't think of at the moment.
I saw that Carrie may have made a friend. That makes me happy!!! Carrie you deserve to be happy! and friends are going to do that for you! YAY!!!
